There were a lot of things missing in the dining room, in my opinion, they did not take over the number of guests. And did not clean the rooms. Beyond that was excellent

Hello, everything was excellent except that on the last day my daughter was injured from the slide. She got pieces of the slide in her leg. We went to the hotline for 4 hours, anesthetic shots, crying screams, terrible pain and bandaging.

All in all, the hotel staff demonstrated goodwill, and the hotel is in a charming location. However, due to a few mishaps in the room and especially the waiting of the entire day out of two days until the repair of the Jacuzzi in the room, whose price is determined on the basis of the Jacuzzi, a credit was guaranteed on the difference, resulting from the price of such a room. I will ask you to realize this as soon as possible.

That total a good experience, the rooms were spacious but there were some glitches in the bathroom, it was not possible to mix hot and cold water or cold or hot. Cmo``c on the morning when breakfast ends at 9:30, it is impossible that two groups of elevators will serve alongside boys discovery guests. Waiting for the elevator rose about 15 minutes and it is not a reasonable time. For adults and children the option of climbing the stairs to go down 5 floors is not possible. Should plan Ncotn not offend guests.

Stay was comfortable with it because it was a very rainy night and it was hard to get out with the kids we had an expectation the hotel will lower prices for dinner so as not to have to go out with the kids and the baby to eat out

Too bad there was no refrigerator in the room is normal that the hotel is the restaurant and the food we got spoiled. This is just a small investment. Also microwave would have helped as there are many other hotels

The room cleanliness was excellent .hgodl merger and Htaorh.hih quiet even though there were plenty of staff about Ildim.famiim us safe and we responded reasonably quickly. Which is two days half Fnsion.aroht Friday morning was also good dinner on Friday was well-organized food plentiful but unfortunately not Taim.bsbt morning breakfast was much less Tobh.lla salads almost literally Alobh.bsbt afternoon really was Alob.hmlon fun with Pool Nhdrt.am come to the hotel in the future will be only with breakfast.
